Mayor's Green Ribbon Council Report Card

The Mayor's Green Ribbon Committee has been one of Karl Dean's most interesting and bold initiatives while in office. It has certainly been interesting to see how many of the goals that the Green Ribbon Committee laid out have been accomplished. Either way, I can appreciate the the effort at least.
